How can I make a reservation?

Is room availability guaranteed?

Room availability is subject to the current situation. It is recommended to book in advance.

Full payment for your accommodation is required at the time of check-in.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservations can be canceled or changed by contacting us directly.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • If you book a room at least 1 week before check-in, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before check-in. We will attempt to contact you 3 days before check-in. If we are unable to reach you, your reservation will be canceled.
  • If you book a room 1 day before check-in, we will attempt to contact you 12 hours before check-in. If we cannot reach you, your reservation will be canceled.

Can I change my reservation?

Changes to reservations depend on room availability and the rate at the time of the change.

Refund Policy

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes, you may be eligible for a refund, but the following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted no later than 3 days before check-in.
  • Refunds can be up to 50% of the total payment.
  • The refund processing time is determined by the hotel.

Room Usage Policy

Can I allow someone else to stay in my room?

No. Registered guests are required to check in at the front desk. It is against hotel policy to allow unregistered guests to occupy a room. If the guest list changes, you must notify the front desk.
